Remove Watermark

To generate watermark-free PDFs, connect TypeFlow to Airtable using one of three methods.

Overview

PDFs generated in test mode display a watermark. To remove it, you need to:

  1. Have a paid TypeFlow plan
  2. Connect TypeFlow to Airtable using one of the methods below

Method 1: Button Field

Generate PDFs manually by clicking a button in Airtable.

Setup Steps

  1. In TypeFlow, scroll to the bottom of your flow page
  2. Copy the configuration URL (looks like /flow/[id]?flow_id=...&record_id=RECORD_ID())
  3. In Airtable, create a new Button field
  4. Paste the URL into the button configuration
  5. Click the button on any record to generate its PDF

Method 2: Airtable Automation

Automatically generate PDFs when certain conditions are met.

Setup Steps

  1. In TypeFlow, copy the script from your flow page
  2. In Airtable, go to Automations tab
  3. Create a new automation with your desired trigger (e.g., "When record matches conditions")
  4. Add action: Run a script
  5. Open the script editor and paste the TypeFlow script
  6. Add an input variable named record_id
  7. Set its value to the Airtable Record ID
  8. Test and enable the automation

Method 3: Airtable Extension

Setup Steps

  1. In Airtable, go to Extensions (Tools > Extensions)
  2. Install the TypeFlow extension
  3. Enter your TypeFlow API key when prompted
  4. In TypeFlow, go to your flow and select Airtable Extension at the bottom
  5. Copy your API key and paste it in the extension
  6. Select your table and linked flow
  7. Select records and click Generate
